HORUS ring with grey moonstone

€159,00 EUR

Ring with oxidized detailing and a natural oval-shaped stone.

Horus is the ancient Egyptian god of the sky and the sun, depicted as a man with the head of a falcon. His name translates as “sky” and “height.” The central symbol associated with him is the Eye of Horus. The left eye represents the Moon, the right the Sun. The spiral beneath the eye, resembling a galaxy, symbolizes energy and constant movement. Among the people, the Eye of Horus was a symbol of insight, while for rulers it represented stability and a calm, steady reign.

The blackened striped pattern on the ring echoes elements of Horus’s attire and falcon wings, while the stone reflects his all-seeing eye.

Material: sterling silver 925, natural moonstone.
