1. STOCKISTS IN MY AREA?
Where can I buy Aloha Gaia jewerly? Are there any offline stores in my area?
Have a look at the list of stockists and find a suitable offline store for you. If there is no store in your area, you can always make an from the website.
2. HOW TO ORDER ALOHA GAIA JEWERLY FROM WEBSITE?
Please, follow steps below:
- Visit the link of the product you are interested in purchasing
- Click on 'Add To Cart' button
- There you see the space, where you can add special information, such as offer instructions. As you can see shipping price & taxes are automatically calculated at the checkout
- Now push 'Checkout' button. If you have no user account yet then you have to fulfill the fields below and push 'Apply' button, after adding your card number
- With filled details, and done online payment now you will receive a confirmation email from alohagaia.com
- Done. You will receive your shipment within 10-20 business days from the date of payment
3. PLACING AN ORDER
How long until I receive my order?
2-3 working days are required to collect all order items and send the package also within these days. As we send all packages from Thailand, using Thailand Post, delivery can be processed in 2-4 weeks. Normally it takes 2-3 weeks to get to US, Australia or Europe. If you need an expedited order please indicate so in the customer notes section of your order. Also, select a delivery method that will allow your item to be delivered in a fast and timely manner.
What is your shipping outcome place?
All items are shipped from our Bangkok Studio, Thailand.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards & PayPal. You can choose which way to proceed the payment. For more detailed information, please visit FAQ PayPal page
Will you ship to a different address than the one that appears on my credit card?
Yes, you have this option to select. This will allow you to ship to friends and family. Please remember if you are shipping to another address to update your information for your next purchase as the system will remember your last shipping destination.
If I haven't received my shipment, who do I contact?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive 1) an email confirmation and 2) tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number or can not find your tracking number please contact us by filling out the "Contact Us" form and we will assist you in a timely manner and be able to provide you with the information regarding your order.
How much will it cost to ship my package?
Aloha Gaia Air Mail shipping cost is 10$. If the total oder price > 150$, you don't have to do any shipment payment. EMS courier delivery (in Thailand borders) - quick and free.
How can I track the package?
All you have to do is to adjust the package tracking number and follow the shipment direction line in online mod.
If your are a resident of Russia you can use Russian Post official website www.pochta.ru, although the shipment information can be shown only after the package went through the country Customs.

How can I understand which ring size I have?
For this information please read the size term info. Our size raw contains 11 sizes (from 5 to 10 including semi-sized rings, like 5,5 - 9,5). If after reading the article you still have questions, please, contact us by email - firstname.lastname@example.org
What are your jewelry made of?
Our products are made of sterling silver 925 and depends on the model type minerals of different kind. In some offline stores you still can find brass jewelry from old collections. They are not available on the website, but you still have a chance to find them in stockists.
Why the stone in my ring/bracelet/neckless looks a bit different to the one I saw on the picture?
We use only natural stones, and each one is unique. That's why you'll never get the right one you saw on the picture. Anyway, you have rights to ask for a picture, before we send you the jewelry. Sometimes stones may contain impurities, such as different elements (Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu…).
Can I oder jewelry with the stone you don't have in the catalogue on the website?
Yes, we'll select an appropriate stone for you ourself, or contact our suppliers.
