Return Policy


    • Any client can return the new item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if it doesn't fit or client is not satisfied with jewelry quality or appearance.
    • If a client didn't receive the package within 46 days after payment, the company will refund the full price of the items. However, in case, it was a customer's fault - the price of the item/items will be fully refunded, except for the delivery charge $9.5 (Airmail) or $60 (EMS)
    • Products with final sale discount are nonrefundable. 
    • Your refund will be processed within 3 working days after we have received your return item/items.
    • If for some reason client is not completely satisfied, we will gladly offer you an exchange for a different item of your choice. In this case, we will ship item out within 4 days.
    • If the client bought Aloha Gaia merchandise in one of the offline stores, then the company won’t make an exchange, the store holder does (or not, depends on the store exchange/return policy). To find a store in your area, go to "Where To Buy" on the top navigation bar. 
    • If your have brass ring/earring/bracelet/pendant you can exchange it for a silver one paying the price difference.
