The client can return the new item within 7 days after delivery and get a full refund in the following cases:
- The ring(s) is(are) not right size;
- The client is not satisfied with the quality of received pieces.
If the client has not received the package within 45 days after the payment, the company is obliged to refund the client full price of the items. However, in case the delivery was not possible because of the client’s fault, the price of the items will be fully refunded except for the delivery charge.
Items from our “Sale” category are nonrefundable.
The refund will be processed within 3 working days after the company has received the return items sent to its office address in Moscow. The client should send the tracking code of the shipment to email@example.com.
If for some reason, the client is not completely satisfied with the received item(s), the company can offer an exchange for a different item(s) chosen by the client. In this case, the company will ship the item(s) within 4 working days.
If the client bought Aloha Gaia jewelry in one of the offline stores of the stockists, the company is not responsible for the exchange. However, the store holder can arrange it for the client depending on its return policy. The list of the official stores can be found in “Find a Store" category on the website.
If the client has brass Aloha Gaia jewelry, the company can arrange the exchange for silver jewelry if items are in stock charging the difference in price.
